Fried Eggs, hand made fettuccine pasta with chicken


This is a recipe that I created by modifying Chef  Gordon Ramsay. I'm a fettuccine  connoisseur and looking for healthy recipes every time! I get nothing but rave reviews when I make this dish. I must warn you, this recipe is not for the health conscious. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 4 Eggs
  • 250 gm chicken
  • 250 gm broccoli
  • 250 gm fettuccine pasta
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • Salt & pepper


Directions

Step 1
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add fettuccine and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente and drain it. Before that blanch broccoli in the same boiling water for 30 secs.

Step 2
In a large pan, melt butter over low heat and add garlic to it. Add chicken, salt, pepper cook it well, and keep it aside.

Step 3
Beat eggs in a bowl and pour it in the same pan, make a well done scramble egg with light seasoning, add chicken,broccoli,pasta to the pan and give a nice mix.

Step 4
Add dark soy sauce, salt & pepper to it and mix well.
Finish it the dish by squeezing a lemon slice on the top.
